General The private limited liability company Victa B.V., located at Demmersweg 10 in Hengelo (hereinafter: "Victa"), registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 08225460, processes personal data about you because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.

2.1. Personal data you have sent to us via e-mail or via forms on our internet sites such as:

• First name
• Surname
• Company name
• Address details
• Telephone number
• E-mail address

2.3 Personal data provided to us by our business partners. Our business partners guarantee that they have received permission to share and use your personal data with us.

3 Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under 16 years of age, unless there is parental or guardian consent. However, Victa cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years old. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children's online activities to avoid collecting data on children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data about a minor without such consent, please contact us at privacy@victa.nl and we will delete this information.

4 What we use the data for

Victa processes your personal data, for the following purposes:

• To send you our newsletter and/or advertising brochure
• To call you if necessary to carry out our services
• To inform you about changes to our services and products

5 How long we keep data

Victa will not keep your personal data for longer than strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data are collected. Our retention period(s) are: 0 to 5 years.

6 Sharing with others

In principle, Victa will not share your data with third parties, unless this is necessary to carry out our assignment or to comply with a legal obligation.

7 Mapping website visits

Victa uses only technical, functional cookies and analytical cookies that do not invade your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and, for example, remember your preferences. They also allow us to optimise our website. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser to no longer store cookies. You can also delete any information previously stored via your browser settings.

8 Viewing, correcting or deleting data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or deletion to privacy@victa.nl. To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. We hereby ask you to black out your passport photo and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy to protect your privacy. Victa will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at the latest within four weeks.

9 Security

Victa takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to counter abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us at privacy@victa.nl.
