Reporting in the Cloud
Easily share insights
Qlik's reporting tools make it very easy to summarize and share insights with other users using exported documents. Below you will find three variations on which you can easily export the right information from Qlik without logging into Qlik itself.
Qlik Application Automation
Qlik Cloud developers with a professional license can use the combination of Qlik Reporting Service and Qlik Application Automation to deliver custom automated reports. Reports are delivered as PDF or PowerPoint files and can be sent to other Qlik Cloud users in your system or to recipients outside your system. It is possible to build a report from one or more Qlik apps or create your own completely customized report definition. By using the connectors available in Qlik Application Automation, the report can be sent as an email, as a message in Microsoft Teams or shared directly in Slack, for example.
Mail & Deploy
If the above functionalities are not sufficient, our partner Mail & Deploy is ready for you. Mail & Deploy is a tool that allows you to easily build and send reports from Qlik Cloud, Qlik Sense and QlikView, allowing you to manage all reporting needs from one platform. It contains extensive layout functionalities and offers the possibility to send reports in many different formats, including Excel. Mail & Deploy can be used On-Premise, or purchased as a SaaS solution.
Subscription
With Subscription, users can set up a subscription for a single chart, or up to 10 sheets at a time. These are sent as PDF or PowerPoint attachments in an email at predefined times. Multiple Qlik Cloud users can be included in the subscription, who will receive the same documents. Section Access is supported in this functionality, so users only receive the data they have the rights to.
